StickNest is a Mac desktop tool with widgets, companion interactions, reminders, sports information, news, markets, web widgets, file organization and personalization. Available features depend on your version. Website imagery, news, weather, quotes and scores are demonstrations, not live data or a promise of future features. Download availability follows the website notice. Obtain the app through official channels.
License and intellectual property
Subject to these terms and applicable law, we grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run StickNest for everyday use. Code, interface designs, trademarks and original assets we own are legally protected; third-party assets belong to their respective rightsholders. Rights in files and content you import or create remain with you or the original rightsholder. Do not copy and sell the app, distribute protected assets, impersonate the brand or bypass asset download authorization without permission. This clause does not improperly restrict uses permitted by law.
Your responsibilities
Use the services lawfully. Do not infringe others’ rights, distribute unlawful content, attack systems or networks, abuse automated requests, steal credentials or otherwise disrupt the service. Protect your device, third-party accounts and download credentials, and ensure you have the necessary rights to imported files, visited websites and assets you use. Young people should read these terms and use the service with guardian guidance, obtaining guardian consent where required.
Third-party services and data
Weather, sports, news, markets, social web pages and music features may depend on third-party sources whose rules also apply. Displaying a platform, team or media outlet does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Data may be delayed, missing or inaccurate. Verify fixtures and scores with official organizers and market quotes with qualified sources. News and market widgets do not provide investment advice or make trading decisions for you. Companion conversations and reminders are desktop interactions or aids, not substitutes for professional advice, emergency services or your own verification of important matters.
File operations and privacy
File organization may change the location of files or folders you select. Check destinations before confirming and keep backups of important files. Revoked permissions, disconnected drives or changed paths may make files inaccessible. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling. You decide whether to grant optional permissions. This clause does not reduce our responsibility for software defects or other liability imposed by law.
Updates, interruptions and responsibility
We may update the app for security, compatibility or improvements. Maintenance, network failures, third-party changes or events beyond reasonable control may affect features. We will provide reasonable notice of foreseeable major changes and seek to minimize effects on saved content. Each party is responsible according to its fault and applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and statutory consumer rights.
Stopping use and changes to the terms
You may stop using or uninstall the app at any time; back up content you need first. For violations or threats to service security, we may take necessary restrictions and, where appropriate, explain the reason and provide a way to appeal. Updates will be dated on this page. Material changes to your rights or obligations will be brought to your attention; matters requiring express consent apply after that consent. New terms do not automatically change rights you lawfully acquired before the change.
Governing law, disputes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China without excluding mandatory protections available to you. Contact business@dduigame.com to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute. If unresolved, a claim may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. An invalid provision does not prevent other provisions from applying lawfully. Both language versions aim to convey the same meaning. If they differ, the Chinese text is the interpretive reference without excluding rights under applicable law. The service provider is Henan Duidui Network Technology Co., Ltd. (河南堆堆网络科技有限公司).
