Scope
This policy covers our StickNest app and official website. RedNote, Weibo, Douyin and other sites opened in web widgets are operated by their respective providers. Their sign-in, content interactions and related data processing are also subject to their own policies.
Local information and permissions
Desktop layouts, widget configuration, themes, companion preferences and related caches are primarily stored on your Mac. File organization and image backgrounds access files, folders and path information you select or authorize to display or organize them and restore access. Reminders use system notifications. Music controls may need Automation permission for the target app. Permissions are requested as needed and can be managed or revoked in macOS System Settings. Declining an optional permission may affect that feature, while other features that do not require it remain available.
Network features and third-party recipients
When you enable a network widget, your device requests data from the relevant service. That service can receive your IP address, request time, required query parameters and network technical information. Weather requests send a searched city name or selected coordinates to Open-Meteo. Sports requests query supported sources such as ESPN, CBA, the Chinese Football League, Zhibo8 or Dongqiudi for the selected league, team and fixtures. News retrieves selected China News Service, BBC, UN News or custom RSS feeds. Markets query sources such as Yahoo Finance and Eastmoney for watchlist symbols and charts. When you enable online music metadata completion, the QQ Music integration sends the current song ID for its title, artist and cover, without sending an account or playlist. Recipients and parameters depend on the widgets you enable. Do not embed passwords or sensitive information in custom feed URLs or addresses.
Web widgets, assets and hosting
Social and custom web widgets use an embedded browser. The websites may use cookies and local storage to retain sign-in and preferences. Credentials and posts you enter are processed by those sites; StickNest does not ask you to provide their passwords to us. Companion asset downloads send an asset identifier to the configured asset service. Protected asset delivery also uses a download authorization credential in your Mac’s Keychain for validation. The official website is hosted by Sites, whose hosting service processes necessary network request information for page delivery, access control and security. Current website access is managed by the hosting platform; its sign-in is subject to its own privacy policy. Our website page code does not include separate advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts.
Contact information and purposes
If you contact business@dduigame.com, we receive your email address, message and attachments you choose to send, to answer questions, handle feedback or respond to privacy requests. Please send only what is needed; do not send passwords, download credentials or unrelated private files. We process necessary information for the described functions, your requests and applicable legal obligations. If account services, analytics, crash reporting or other processing are added, we will update the notice before enabling them and seek separate consent where required.
Retention, deletion and security
Local settings and caches remain until you delete the content, clear app data or the feature refreshes its cache. Uninstalling may leave application support data or Keychain entries; contact us for cleanup guidance and back up files you wish to keep first. Messages and related information we actually hold are retained only for the shortest period needed to resolve the matter or as legally required, then deleted or anonymized. Third-party web data and hosting logs follow the respective service’s retention rules; requests can be directed to its operator. We use necessary access controls and network transport protections. In a personal information security incident, we will take remedial measures and notify affected individuals and authorities as required.
Sharing and international access
We do not sell your personal information. Information is not provided to other entities except for services you actively use, service support necessary for a disclosed function or legal obligations. Any entrusted processing, sharing or transfer requiring additional notice or consent will follow the applicable procedures. Some network sources and the current hosting platform are overseas services; visiting them sends the requests described above to those services. You can leave the corresponding network widget disabled or choose not to visit the site. If we separately need to provide personal information overseas, we will give the additional legally required information about the recipient, purpose, categories and rights procedures and complete the required steps.
Your choices and rights
You can change or delete local widgets and settings, remove file authorizations, disable network features and revoke permissions in System Settings. For personal information we actually hold, email us to request access, a copy, correction, completion, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent. We will verify identity only as necessary and reply or provide a progress update within 15 working days, subject to any other legal requirement. Your request does not authorize unnecessary additional collection, and withdrawal does not change lawful processing that occurred before it. Requests concerning third-party accounts and data should also be sent to their providers. You may contact us again or complain to the competent authority if you disagree with our handling.
Children and young people
Young people should use the service with a guardian’s guidance. Processing personal information of children under 14 requires guardian consent and the applicable special rules; the current service does not actively ask children to provide personal information. A guardian who finds that a child has sent us personal information can email us to request review and deletion.
Updates and contact
The update date is shown on this page. Changes materially affecting processing purposes, information categories, recipients or your rights will be brought to your attention appropriately.
